Dorset Oysters was born when Pete Miles; restaurant owner, chef and fisherman, couldn't source local oysters for his restaurant in Poole, even though the area has some of the biggest oyster beds in the country. Dorset Oysters now provide fresh quality shellfish to some of the top restaurants in the UK.

All deliveries are despatched for next day delivery, Monday to Thursday. For alternative delivery arrangements please call or email us where we can discuss your exact requirements.
All our shellfish is delivered to the highest quality. Our depuration plant is only 3 miles from where our shellfish is harvested so they are never out of seawater for long. Our fishermen are dedicated, registered and professional so there is complete traceability. We also run a very successful restaurant ourselves, so we know how important it is to deliver to the highest standards.
